We request a deposit of £25.00 which is non refundable and in the event of a cancellation will be retained.

We reserve the right to charge the cost of one night’s accommodation if cancellation is made within 5 days of arrival date, unless we are able to re-let the room.

A booking is considered confirmed when we hold a deposit cheque. For last minute bookings we consider an email or a phone call to be sufficient confirmation.

Rooms occupied by children are charged at normal rate.

Cash, or personal cheques, please.

Vehicles and contents are parked at the owners' risk and no responsibility for loss or damage will be accepted by us.

Please check out by 10.30am on the day of departure.
